With a heating zone length of 1850 mm (72.8") or 2350 mm (92.5") the convection reflow soldering systems GoReflow 1.8 and GoReflow 2.3 are ideally suited for small to medium-sized production series. The machines are not only featured with an outstanding attractive design, above all the systems convince with their well-engineered concept and excellent soldering results.
5 respectively 7 heating zones provide maximum flexibility in temperature profiling, particularly for the lead-free soldering process.
The GoReflow systems are designed for soldering in ambient atmosphere. Depending on the production requirements there is a choice of different conveyor concepts available for the GoReflow systems: a belt conveyor, a chain conveyor with or without center board support, or a combination of belt and chain conveyor.
Of course, the systems are provided with an up-to-date control unit for easy and quick programming and they may be integrated into a fully automated production line.

SEHO worldwide is considered as pioneer in soldering in a nitrogen atmosphere. Due to the special geometric form of the tunnel, SEHO developed a nitrogen technology which operates absolutely efficiently and, above all, with low maintenance.
|  | Selective Soldering Systems Flexibility and Precision in Selective Wave Soldering
Due to the ever-increasing demand for quality and reproducibility of the entire manufacturing process, today it is no longer acceptable to manually solder the conventional component remainings after the reflow process into place and – with the GoSelective-1 and -2 from SEHO – this is also no longer necessary.
The GoSelective-1 and -2 offer all in one: highest flexibility, absolutely reproducible results, high soldering quality even with demanding assemblies, low capital expenditure and the possibility to be upgraded step by step at a later date to suit subsequent production developments.
Special flexibility is given in the handling of the assemblies. Both, bare boards as well as assemblies in carriers can be processed with all GoSelective systems.
A highly precise portal axis system is the "heart" of the GoSelective-1 and -2 machines. The axis with servo-drive ensure a reliable positioning of the assemblies and work with a repeatability of ± 0.1 mm.
The gripper unit is provided with a pneumatic rotating function and may be tilted to obtain an ideal solder angle. This ensures an exactly defined peel-off of the solder flow, Thus, highest soldering quality is guaranteed. Even fine pitch components can be soldered with a minimized risk of bridging.
To meet subsequent throughput requirements in your production, the GoSelective inline versions may be extended with separate fluxer and / or preheat modules which will be installed in front of the machine. This reduces the cycle time remarkably.
