After buying MAX MÜLLER, the well-known manufacturer of cutting machines for the rubber and plastics industry, Metzner has now successfully completed the takeover process, so extending its product range and continuing its expansion as a company.
Neu-Ulm, 29 October 2007. The Metzner Maschinenbau GmbH has extended its "rubber and plastics" business sector following the purchase of MAX MÜLLER (Hanover) in September 2007. In addition, Metzner has increased its market presence through the acquisition of numerous MAX MÜLLER sales partners in Europe, Asia and Oceania.
