Our tools for drilling, countersinking and re-boring as well as finish machining have been continually withstanding the toughest tests on a daily basis for more than 60 years.

The German machine tool and automotive industries in particular have appreciated our capability, reliability and quality for years.

As early as the beginning of the 80`s we introduced to the market the "Bilz-Preci-Speed", the first universally-usable solid carbide drill.

The Preci-Speed is especially notable for its minimal infeed and radial forces. Today we offer a complete program of  high performances carbide drills for long and short-chipping materials from Ø 3 to Ø 30 mm and bore depths of 7xD and more.

Our indexable insert drills "KLB", "Flexispeed", and "Powerbore", encompassing the diameter range 16 -140 mm, are the most profitable solutions even for the most extreme conditions.
Our standard tools can reach bore depths of 6xD.

We have become famous for counterbore, end facing and countersinking systems.
We were the first to market a complete modular tool system: with short taper flange, small, light, short design length as well as universally applicable. Further to this we have our reverse countersink system.

Next to the classical machining with shell drill and bayonet catch, countersinks, of up to 2,2 times the bore diameter, can be safely and automatically machined using reverse boring bars and Autofacers.

Our newest successful design is the "BILZ Unisink", a simple, chatter free working chamfer tool. And to remain No. 1 in countersinking we have continually improved the geometry of our countersink tools and enlarged the spectrum of our tools and cutting materials - by means of coated HSS-inserts, with carbide, Cermet, PCD and CBN.

With our "Preci-Cut" tools you can achieve, even when drilling, reamer quality: a post-machining process can therefore almost always be saved; this is possible due to our special cutting geometry coupled with a simple and precise set-up system.
These tools can be supplied from Ø 18 mm with single cutting edge or from Ø 25 mm with three cutting edges.
Thus optimal precision together with ideal machining profitability can be achieved.

Our tool spectrum for bore machining, evolved through years of experience and close contact with our customers world-wide, is constantly being developed further. Thanks to our tailormade concepts we can offer no-compromise, interesting, special solutions for bore machining.
