| We have two different paths of distribution adapted to our program: |
- All special mechanical seals as well as the O.E.M. products are sold directly by our parent company in Garching, as well as by separate company offices and our subsidiary company. Consulting service is offered by all of them.
- For the standard program incl. mechanical seals, packings, seals and maintenance products, parties to the contract , technical appointed retailers and representatives are available with their own CHETRA® goods in stock.

Economical general service packing
|  | Quench oil pumps - ethylene plants Main quench oil pumps are the "heart" of an ethylene plant. Requirements to the mechanical seal concerning safety of operation and service life (MTBF/MTBR) are accordingly high.
Due to high shut-down and seal exchange costs, the mechanical seal must be designed as a "long-term seal".
