Separation of NT TOOL Corporation.
1979
Concluded License Agreement with Otto Bilz Werkzeugfabrik GmbH Germany, to exclusively manufacture and sell their toolings in Japan.
1983
Opening of Iida-Factory, Japan.
1987
As one of the first companies, NT TOOL installed a CAD System.
1989
Concluded License Agreement with Wohlhaupter GmbH Germany, to manufacture their toolings.
1994
NT TOOL starts to manufacture HSK tool Holders.
1996
As the very first manufacturer of tool holders NT TOOL becomes certificated.
1998
Opening of the Europe Branch Office in Germany.

Introduction of „R-ZERO“ holder, the world´s first tool holder with adjustable runout-accuracy.

Opening of a new factory in Thailand.
