KLEEMANN GmbH are proud to introduce their designs and processing technology from experience which dates back to 1848. Machine technology and applications which where once confined to the processing of natural stones and gravel have been extended systematically into the recycling and classfying markets. These machines both stationary and mobile have been sold and distributed throughout the World through our extensive dealer network.
Mobile Plant
The Kleemann company was already paving the way for the trend to mobile crushing around 1930 as the first wheeled processing machines were designed and produced.
The development of tracked plant at the beginning of the 1980s was also decisively advanced by Kleemann and, starting with the first fully mobile impact crusher, was built up to a complete range of products.
Today this full tracked product range includes seven sizes of jaw crushers, all kinds of different impact crusher sizes, as well as gyratory crushers and screens for a performance range of 100 -1000 t/h.
Due to the rapid development of processing technology in recent years, the focus is increasingly switching to mobile crushing and screening machines in many areas, and these also enable projects previously only realisable with stationary machinery to be implemented with tracked plant.
For example, nowadays many quarries deploy mobile plant with up to three crushing stages for the production of high quality end products.
Due to the ease with which they can be moved and their broad range of applications, mobile plant can not only be economically used in many quarries, but also for recycling concrete, asphalt or slag and clinker.

 | MOBICAT mobile jaw crushers Kleemann jaw crushers have a wide range of applications. In the weight class up to 70 t they are used both for natural rock and for recycling.
As classic primary crushers in natural rock with active double-deck grizzly, or as a recycling crusher with vibrating discharge chute at the crusher discharge and electromagnet.
|  | Mobile screens - MOBISCREEN The screens are all diesel-electric driven and are particularly suitable for combined operation with an upstream Kleemann crusher.

When stationary becomes mobility.
Stationary processing plants are increasingly being replaced by mobile machines. In order to ensure the customary quality for concrete or asphalt grading Kleemann has developed special secondary crusher units which work, electrically interlocked, together with other machines such as primary crushers and screens.
Secondary impact crushers and gyratory crushers are used which, depending on the process requirements, are operated with or without fitted screens.
Depending on the application, MOBICONE and MOBIFOX secondary crushers can be used as secondary or tertiary crushers. Even complicated processing sequences can be solved nowadays with several machines connected in series
|  | Stationary processing plant - disused landfill site recycling Available landfill site space is becoming increasingly scarce as new licenses for operating land fill sites are only issued by the responsible approving authorities on a very restrictive basis for environmental protection reasons. This forces many owner/operators to remove the materials still contained in already deposited wastes and then reuse or recycle them. In this way new landfill sites are created.
Processing of these disused landfill materials, most of which only contain low mineral fractions and can therefore be very cohesive, requires a high level of technical expertise in the selection of the individual process components.
Kleemann has been successfully working in this field for many years and has already realised a large number of turnkey plants, which work with very efficiently, tailored to the owner/operator's individual requirements.
