 | Our range is convincing – down to the smallest detail. Our areas of competence include high-quality; core-intensive automatically moulded gray and ductile iron castings. Unit weights of approx. 5 to 600 kg are poured at our Bad Windsheim (D) and Slevarna-Heunisch Brno (CZ) locations. In Steinach (D), we produce complex hand-moulded gray and ductile iron castings weighing approx 150 to 2,500 kg.
Our foundry Slevarna Heunisch Krasna (CZ) produces castings in all commercially available aluminum grades. Utilized processes include gravity die casting and low pressure die casting. The highest customer demands of the construction vehicle and machine building industries are met for each and every piece – certified and delivered on time.
Through our own mechanical processing in Krasna (CZ), Heunisch-Guss is able to supply ready-to-assemble components. State-of-the-art processing equipment, including turning and milling centers, finishes our castings such as pump covers and transmission housings. Our internal logistics assures delivery directly to the assembly lines of our customers, allowing for precise planning.
