Since 2001, the GSW headquarters are located in Kempen, a small but beautiful city in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia near the border to the Netherlands.

 | Coil Feeding Lines Pictured above is a 12 tons coil reel with a pulling force-controlled drive, that operates synchronously with the subsequent straightener. This line is capable of processing materials with a thickness of up to 16mm.

This system achieves an optimal, automatic adaption of the tappet speed during the individual phases of the working cycle.
Function of the tool: closing, transforming, opening.
The reversion of the movement in the lower dead center is switchable depending on distance and pressure. The repitition accuracy is +/- 0.01 mm.
The height at which the tool is being mounted is infinetely variably adjusted to the different tools in steps of 0.01 mm with a powered tappet adjustment.
