UNTHA is a mechanical engineering company based in Salzburg that specializes in the development and manufacture of shredders for a wide range of applications. We have a tradition of innovation stretching back over 25 years.
We can therefore draw on over 25 years of experience in shredding technology and can confidently claim to have made a substantial contribution to the technical developments in this field. The innovative technology of the patented UNTHA four-shaft shredder and perforated screen was developed in our plant; in 1981 UNTHA launched the first industrially produced four-shaft shredder onto the market. We have also played a key role in other technical innovations and hold various other patents.
Our all-round technical know-how and experience, and more than 60 highly-qualified staff, make us one of the most highly skilled partners in this field.
