 | Backpart moulding machine model FFS 43 or FFS 43 K (K stands for cooling)
with look at collar to work on thermoplastic or lefa-backparts
With this machine that has some newnesses and some improvements highest quality is reached for either thermoplastic or lefa counters.
With - a compact pincer pull
- high pressure of the pressing pads
- wrinkle-free wiping-in in the area of the heel
- pecial pressing of the lasting margin
an optimal working result is achieved.
The length of the lasts is 80 mm, 90 mm, 155mm or 140 mm. This means that it is possible to work perfectly on gents, ladies, children shoes, as well as on security and heavy
walking shoes.
Serial equipment of the machine is:

- pneumatic time adjustment for all outer moulds
- pneumatic pressure regulation for outer moulds
- electronic heating control for outer moulds
- electronic heating control for inner moulds
- pneumatic time adjustment for outer moulds
- pneumatic pressure regulation for outer moulds
- cooling unit to work on themoplastic counters
- compact pincer pull
- maintenance unit
The machine can be equipped with:
- wipping in equpment for lasting margin
- special pressing for lasting margin
- height stop for lasting margin
- heated moulds for lefa counters

| | Crimping machine Crimping machine for finished uppers | | Tape ironing machine This machine has been developed to enable the customer to work with a machine through which
assambled parts are passing and will be shored up.
To achieve a perfect cementing between upper leather and textile lining, that is coated with hotglue,
the exact temperature and the necessary pressure to have to be reached as soon as possible.
The lining roller coated with teflon works with high temperatures and activates the parts.
The pressure is reached by a roller.
This so-called “point-pressing” has advantages in comparison to pressing of complete areas, as
usual on competitive presses. On our machine the pressure only acts upon one point of the parts
and grants that the desired cementing will be reached.
| | Vamp moulding machine This machine is used to produce shoes which are, contrary to the usual way, not wiped over,
that means a connection to the insole will not become into existence. A premoulding of the vamps
is necessary to produce clogs or shoes made according to the “strobel-system”. This system means
that a textile insole will be stitched into the upper.
As leather is a natural product that differs in firmness, thickness and extensibility there will be
unevennesses by moulding that means the leather juts out of the last bottom area and gets wrinkles.
These facts cannot be accepted by the shoe-manufacturers.
