The core business of the DURBAL GmbH & CO.KG is the manufacturing of heavy-duty rod ends. These are standardized, mechanical components ready to be installed. They provide the transmission of static and dynamic forces in swivel-, tilting- and rotating motion.

Under the name SCHLEGEL the rod ends with integral ball bearing were already used in the aircraft industry more than 60 years ago. Today the DURBAL heavy-duty rod ends are a firm term the industry.

DURBAL heavy-duty rod ends are especially characterised by high precision and reliability. According to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 certificate (since 1996) for all divisions of DURBAL the quality of our products is systematically planned, manufactured and supervised.

The versatile production program is available from stock. You can choose between maintenance-free rod ends with integral spherical plain bearings or self-alingning rod ends with integral ball / roller bearing. We have got the rod end that offers you optimal options for the most different operating conditions.

Altogether the DURBAL standard program covers aprox. 400 types. Moreover DURBAL manufactures customized heavy-duty rod ends in limited editions for your requirements.
