Since its establishment in 1946 the enterprise is an excellent example of quality and progress in the sphere of sheet metal processing. Company is situated in Waldstenn, occupies a territory of about 70 000 square meters, and employs about 110 employees, it offers quick complex solutions for any sheet metal processing applications. All types of works connected with sheet metal processing, that are from handling machine and materials handling equipment to process automatization, are carried out on machine-tool plant.
Sheet metal shears is the core piece of an exclusively wide range of products: for sheet metal with thickness up to 30 mm, bending presses and press brakes, and also automated devices for processing and forming of sheet metal.
Automatic press with a tool changer of continuous action is unique equipment. According to the preset parameters in the CNC-unit you can get up to 4 or 5 different punches, situated on the side of clamping cross-beam, and less than in 5 seconds they are automatically positioned between separate exactly sized adjusted strokes of sliders of the press. In combination with four lower task tools of rigging in one mobile die in several seconds combinations of tools can be made. As a result in many cases it is possible to produce complex profiles without intermediate storage and with a high accuracy that helps to save time as the process of molding decreases to 60%.
Automatic press with a tool changer has even more advantages, where the production of some profiles, as a rule, does not require the tool changer, but for the general program of day engineering process frequentative tool changing of parts of machine is required. Due to the use of different upper and lower task tools it is possible to reduce the time of such tools changing.
