GRASYS is the CIS leader in the field of technologies and equipment for production and separation of gas media. The company also holds leading position in Europe in design and manufacture of industrial air separation and gas separation plants. GRASYS offers equipment based on all three existing technologies of gas separation: membrane, adsorption and cryogenic ones.
The company primary activity area is the design and manufacture of modern high-technology gas separation systems, mainly nitrogen and oxygen stationary plants and mobile stations, and nitrogen fire-fighting units. GRASYS also produces advanced hydrogen plants, hydrocarbon separation plants for methane concentration and NGL recovery, compressor equipment, etc.
Along with marketing equipment for gas production and separation, GRASYS offers its customers gas supply services under «on-site» long-term contracts, where the installation at customer site remains the property and is maintained by GRASYS.
Company strategy
GRASYS company strategy is based on the intensive company business development at two markets: the market of equipment designed for process gases production and gas media separation, and the market of process gas supply. Company main focus is the retention of its leadership in the CIS market and expanding its presence in the global market.
Company mission
GRASYS sees its mission in providing complex solutions for its customers problems in the areas associated with gas media separation and provision of process gases, primarily nitrogen, oxygen, argon, and hydrogen. In carrying out its business activity GRASYS strives for:
- Offering its customers high-technology world-standard products and service.
- Making a significant contribution to national scientific and technical development.
- Ensuring a high profit rate for company shareholders.
 | Air separation unit Air separation plants
From our general experience, we know that the basic components constituting the ambient atmosphere are oxygen (21%), and nitrogen (78%).
GRASYS Air Separation Units are provided to disengage each one of these components with the scheduled purity at the output. When it comes to the air separation process it is worth talking of the two major ends of this method, namely:
- the production of gaseous nitrogen
- the production of gaseous oxygen. | | Carbon dioxide purifier Hydrocarbon plants
GRASYS hydrocarbon separation plants are produced with the use of the company brand-new proprietary membrane capable of delivering substantial benefits in comparison with other gas separation technologies.
Due to their cost-effectiveness combined with required longevity GRASYS membranes may be efficiently used in industrial applications where operating conditions excludes the adoption of other polymer membrane types. Besides, this membrane gas separation technology has a modular structure allowing expansion or modification of operated systems and prompt response to any changes in feed composition during the entire life cycle of a given source (e.g. increasing CO2 concentration or changing hydrocarbon flow composition in a natural gas field) — and all this without unnecessary additional costs. The description below features some of the primary applications of GRASYS gas separation systems | | Hydrogen plant Hydrogen Plants handle synthetic gases and water-containing gases that serve the purposes of hydrotreating and hydrocraking in the oil refining industry; ammonia production, fat, coal and oil hardening; in the chemical industry where hydrogen-bearing gas mixtures are featured; as well as in the metal industry.
