 | Grinding Mills Sweco® Vibro-Energy® Grinding Mills are the most versatile line of mills available today for fast, low-cost particle size reduction to sub-micron range. Vibro-Energy grinding action achieves higher output per input horsepower; precise control of size and distribution. Product contamination from media and lining wear is virtually eliminated. Maintenance costs are low because of few moving parts and replaceable linings made of abrasion-resistant metal, ceramic or elastomers. The Sweco Vibro-Energy Mill's unique vibratory motion, coupled with the use of cylindrical media, allows a dense packing of the media bed assuring maximum media surface contact and minimum void area when operated under a low energy condition. Feed materials as large as 300 microns can be reduced to sub-micron sizes. |
 | Rectangular Separators New technology adapts ultra-fine screen mesh for use in rectangular high-capacity separators (36 ft.2), yielding benefits previously found only on small circular screens. Available with linear, round, sifting or elliptical motion, the Sweco Rectangular Full-Flow Separator is ideal for a variety of diverse applications. The Multi-Motion (MM) was engineered specifically for liquid/solid separation and is ideal for processes that contain any effluent wastewater application. The V3 Dual Motion Rectangular Separator offers both elliptical and linear motion and was engineered primarily for wet processing of highly viscous material. The gentler round motion (RM) screens viscous slurries, which have minimal oversize solids, such as clay slip and pigments, at high rates through screens as fine as 400 mesh. Round motion also classifies dry powders for many industries. The Universal Motion (UM) incorporates linear, round and elliptical motion into one machine allowing the user to precisely dial in the ideal motion for each application. Finally, the Sweco GyraMax Gyratory Sifter was specifically designed for sifting of dry particulate. Benefits of Sweco Rectangular Separators are numerous including fast, no-tools screen installation on many models, adjustable deck angles, isolated mount suspension and an "off-the-shelf" motor.
