REVEN® has developed the RXZ-High-Performance system based on many years of experience in the liquid separation field, and with the close co-operation of industry. Air pollution, toxic substances originating from oil and other liquid substances are separated out of the air stream with high efficiency. The system works without additional energy and does not need any additional aids. It is designed for the separation of air pollutants in the form of:
- aerosol - Dispersions of liquid droplets in a gaseous environment.
- mist - Liquid particles which originate from saturated steam.
- steam - particles present in ambient environmental.

During the manufacturing process in a machinery center the work pieces will be covered with cooling liquid and chips. The Ultra Clenaer table is designed to clean the working pieces direct at the machinery center without polluting the surrounding area of the machine. The Ultra Cleaner table works without any filter system and therefore the system is completely maintenance free. The Ultra Cleaner table is a compact separator unit for sucking the air from the table surface with a patented venturi-system. The table unit type UC table consists of stainless steel housing with a removable liquid reservoir table and pressure pistol. The housing is welded oil- and waterproof and it just have to be connected to pressurized air |  | Filter for ventilation duct The RXZ-High-Performance separator as a duct element is intended to be installed in ventilation ducts with polluted air. Airvolumes of up to 100000m³/h. The separators can not only be integrated in the ducts but also, for example in a central for the exhaust air. All devices have chamber of inspection doors which are easily accessible. For maintenance purposes the filters can be completely removed.
Used as general air separator, the RXZ-High-Performance separator takes in air, both from one side and two sides , and cleans it in its basic element. Depending on the air flow volume the general air separator can be equiped with several basic elements. The discharge of the pollutants is by a common pipe.
