Brilliantly printable, highly precise: X-sleeve is the customized solution for difficult bottle shapes or as an eye-catcher at the point of sale.
As a full-body decoration, sleeves are printed onto an endless roll. Then they are shaped into a hose with temperature-resistant hot glue prior to being placed on the bottle and finally shrunk to fit the form in a shrinking tunnel. This is packaging that looks good all around.
Smaller runs and increased requirements in print quality are the prerequisites for packaging development.
