Minini Imballaggi grew from the sack company founded in 1928 by Guido Minini as a family business which strongly believed in the potentiality of the packaging industry.
In the 90's the company passed to the family of Bruno Minini, son of the founder, but has not changed it's core business which is still aimed at the trading of flexible polypropylene packaging: big bags.
Today Minini Imballaggi S.r.l. covers a 25% share of the national packaging market. The continuous implementation of services oriented to customer satisfaction remains the company's mission and the reason of its commercial success.
Competence comes from experience Minini Imballaggi is a primary commercial reality, dealing for 70 years in the supply of flexible containers (bags or FIBCs) for the transport of solid materials. Minini Imballaggi is a leading company whose excellent operational capacity is strengthened by its alliance with main international manufacturers of PP woven packaging. Minini Imballaggi prestige is based on appreciated products quality (every package is produced according to ISO 9000 standards) and high productive resources.
Safety requires confirmation Minini Imballaggi subjects its products to severe internal tests. Besides, they are accompanied with test certificates issued by accredited laboratories and with UN approval, necessary for the transport of hazardous goods.
Success generates responsibility Minini Imballaggi finds a solution for every requirement: standard big bags, dust-proof, anti-static, conductive, cubic, reusable, big bags with internal liner, food grade and hygienic... The quality of plastic packaging is determined by the efficiency of the production process. Thanks to the integrated production which starts with the raw material or in reality with the polypropylene, a control of each phase of transformation is obtained. In addition, Minini Imballaggi is capable of developing and producing big bags under competitive conditions on the basis of the specific requirements of the client. Any solid material can be packed in big bags: for this reason there is a large range of packaging suitable to protect the packaged material from external conditions, safely transport the goods and at the same time diffuse the name and logo of the producer on the packages themselves.
 | Conductive Bag During falling and emptying high electrostatic charges can be generated on both the product and the container, resulting in a very high electrostatic field. If left unchecked this static build-up may results in the charging of adjacent isolated conductors or in spark discharges which can ignite flammable atmosphere. | | FIBC An FIBC is a flexible container, sometimes called a big bag or bulk bag, made from polypropilene tapes with a capacity up to 3 cubic metres, carrying loads from half tonne to 2 tonnes.
FIBCs are suitable for any free-flowing material in powder, granular or flake form. They are lifted from above by conventional handling equipment such as forklift trucks and cranes. They are the most cost-effective packaging and transport unit load system of all, as they require no secondary packaging or pallets. | | Stable Form Bag After filling, standard big bag becomes cylindrical in shape due to the effect of the filled material. This cylindrical shape is extremely disadvantageous during transportation and storage, definitely because it takes up a large area of volume.
Q-Bag is far more advantageous when it is fully loaded since it keeps its original shape, being more cubical or rectangular rather than cylindrical.
As a result, Q-Bag has gained in importance and its usage and production have greatly increased. Due to the fact that Q-Bag has plain sides, when they are arranged side by side, there are no gaps. This is why it is possible to transport and stock more product by using Q-Bags instead of standard big bags.
So, for the same container space, it is possible to transport and stock 16-23% more product with a Q-Bag than a conventional one. .
