Situation
Calculating a quotation is becoming ever more important in the sheet metal processing industry. On the one hand there is ever more business to be had, but on the other competition is growing.
This means, of course, that you have to give more quotations, leading to more wasted time for you. On top of this the price of materials has become fluctuant.

The quotation can be built up analogously, just like the enquiry. You can give a quotation for a project including various phases- for instance cutting, stamping, bending, welding, etc.
The enquiry will be saved with material prices, setup costs and labour costs. You can get an overview of each stage in a quotation easily and quickly. If material or other prices should change, you can recalculate the quotation with one keypress.
Calculations based on information about your machine
AVKalk can calculate your exact costs based on the machine you have. Values such as sheet thickness and material type are taken into consideration.
Not only cutting or stamping tools are taken into consideration, but also whether articles are small or large, lead-ins, non-cutting time and even z-axis movements. Disposal times for flaps and chutes can also be defined.
Programming times and other calculable overheads are defined inclusively for single parts or a whole sheet.
Nesting to determine exact material usage
An exact determination of material usage is indispensible with expensive materials like stainless steel. AVCalc allows any number of components to be nested together, giving the best possible exploitation of your raw materials.
Offcuts will be calculated and added back to your materials database, whereby you can set the size of offcuts which are too small to be of use anymore. Setup and clearing times can be defined for each sheet and are then added proportionally for each part nested.
Calculations for further work such as bending or welding.
AVCalc also allows you to calculate for further steps of work. You can setup value tables for bending and welding. This allows, for welding for instance, the length of weld, material, thickness, and required seam type to be costed automatically.
Determine costs without DXF/DWG files
Enquiries will often be made without a CAD drawing. In most cases you will receive only a drawing. AVCalc offers a very easy and quick way to enter this into your computer.
This process is usually quicker than manually measuring lengths and allows a time calculation and nesting.
Connection to ERP / PPS / WWS
AVKalk fits into your business.
Standardised interfaces allow articles, costs and customer data to be integrated.
Once you have received a contract you can continue using AVCalc on the calculated data in both technical and sales capacities.

The software program can be installed on a standard commercially available PC, or directly on your cutting machine for viewing on its control panel. cncCUT is exceptionally user-friendly and exels in its functionality and ease of operation.
IBE Software is already working in partnership with reputable control panel manufacturers, who fully integrate the software with their machines. The control panel version can be used in different ways. The basic desktop version of cncCUT can be used on a control panel, or a touch-screen, as required. If you use a control panel with soft-keys, you can operate cncCUT without the need for a mouse.

The automatic module of ncCAD32 in principle nests already processed single parts. The advantage is that once processed parts do not have to be processed in the nesting plan again. If the nesting process results in the necessity of changing single parts, this is naturally also possible.

Tool data base
ncCAD32 automatically arrange tools according to contours. Initially, a data base with all tools is being created for this reason.
Recognition of special contours
Alongside the absolute stamp assignment, ncCAD32 also masters a complex contour recognition including already predefined stamps.
These recognised contours are put into a data base and automatically assigned to the proper stamps, as soon as that geometry recurs.
At this, it is being distinguished between absolute special stamps, interior contours with different stamps and part contours, like e.g. corner notches.
Thereby, the user can create his own library, that after a certain time leads to the automatisation of almost all punch procedures.

AV32 and ncCAD32 form the integrating link between administration / construction and production in the sheet metal forming sector.
