With our program you plan your stairs in a few minutes. You receive 1:1-prints of the Strings, Handrails, Steps, Risers and Posts. The software creates offer-sheets, optimized cut lists and photo-realistic image (OpenGL). Use the computation of the necessary wood-intake for your calculation! In order to optimize stair production, optionally generate with our program the CNC data for the control of all popular processing centres.

 | Designing stairs with the computer With our program you design straight, quarter-turn, half-turn, two-quarter-turn and three-quarter-turn staircases as well as S-shaped staircases within a few minutes. At installation time, the default settings for stairs used in your company are prepared to be used by the program. As a consequence, a really fast design of your stairs is ensured.
After feeding the program with the basic data of the actual stair, the program calculates a suggestion for the going line. Moreover, all relevant staircase data (e.g. going, number of rises, rise, headroom) are shown to you. All calculations are based on the valid standards for the building of stairs, as far as these can be pre-set in the program. If due to the specific data of a stair these standards cannot be kept, the program indicates that this is the case.
Following this, a suggestion for the structure of the staircase is given by the program. Normally, you can accept this suggestion without further changes. However, if it does not correspond to what you have in your mind, there is a variety of possibilities to change the structure of the staircase - determine the method used by the program to calculate the structure (constant / linear / parabolic), or change the minimum going, or even change the structure by hand. |  | The blank program Wood steps and railings on existing sub-constructions
The blank program serves for the construction of stages and (or) railings on existing stairs (stone, concrete, steel). After the input of the type of stair and the height the external dimensions of the stairs are specified. The stairs result, by entering successively the appearance widths, which were based on the interior and exterior of the stairs. Thereafter you can specify whether the stages in one (or all runs) are around a certain measure beyond the basis stairs. Also risers and a bullstep can be planned. Should if the momentum of the railing, which follows the process of the stages, you not to assure, then you have the possibility of adapting these at the screen as ranges will provide smoothed or with momentum. Stages as well as railings can be manufactured after a 1:1-print or by CNC.
|  | The spindle program Designing stairs with the computer
Design spiral staircases in a few minutes. The program reads out the default values of your production line, e.g. stage strength, column diameter and hand rail mass and transfers this as defaults. Sure, these defaults can be individually entered also for each stairs.
Indicate simply the desired stair diameter and correct the suggestion after customer's request. The construction is final already.
Of course it is also possible to indicate around the stages or adapt only the landing to its process a cover hole.

For the metalworkers we offer an appropriate steel spindle version. With this landing sub-constructions in V and stage sub-constructions in T-form are spent, which on a scale 1:10 are printed out.
|  | The steel stair program With our steel program you are able to design two-beam, middle-beam and bolt stairs; optionally there is a module to design steel string stairs. Choose between harps, segment or railings. Plan connected stairs with up to three floors.
The program is setted on your standard manufacturing production line. This mass are suggested to you during the stair construction. You can change it then order-specifically. Like that a fast construction of your stairs is ensured.
After the input of the sketch data the program computes a suggestion for the going line with all relevant stair data as for example rise, interpretation, number of upward gradients and Blondel-step-measure. If a ceiling was entered, then additionally the addendum is indicated. Of course the program considers the valid standards of building of stairs. If such a standard should not be able to be kept due to the entered mass once, then on this deviation one makes attentive.
You can usually take over the following suggestion of the program for twisting the stairs without further changes. If this corresponds not completely to your conceptions, a multiplicity of possibilities is ordered to you to affect twisting: begun of the choice of the kind of twisting (constantly/lineary/parabolically) over the definition of the minimum appearance inside up to the manual correction.
The sketched stairs are put down on the non removable disk with names and address of the owner, order number as well as date under a sequential numbering. Now you know the stairs printout yourselves to leave or you directly by means of CNC to manufacture.

It is possible it to transmit the data of the steel sub-construction calculated in the stair program directly into the controlling of a CNC machine so that the steel sub-construction is cut automatically. Also the stages can be manufactured at appropriate processing centers automatically.
Three-dimensional representation
The perspective representation of the stairs can be turned and increased on the screen, so that the stairs from any angle can be regarded.
