The Frame Press T 35

The Frame Press T 35 has an enormous mould pressure ( 120 bar = 3500 kg) and is therefore made in a thick-walled, twisting-free welded construction. Two movable vertical pressure beams (on request also a middle pressure beam) are mounted with a double ball-bearing and guide bars. These guide bars allow for a continuous height adjustment of the cylinders. The press cylinders are being adjusted by means of a adjustment lever with self-locking. To simplify the processing of smaller workpieces, the vertical beams are additionally equipped with support bents. The wagon runs on a ball-bearings and can be used every 5 cm. Moreover, the wagon is equipped with 2 moveable cylinders for horizontal pressing. Press length and height are adjusted at the scale. The Frame Press T 35 has a low noise development only as the hydraulic pump is directly connected to the motor. A constant pressing power is guaranteed by this as well. The standard protective switch offers complete motor protection. Switch box and operating lever are clearly arranged and easy to operate. Two electrically-oil hydraulically control valves (with three switch levels) are operated by means of a manual lever. This way, you can press with sensitivity and assemble very complex frame constructions.
