Conventional screening machines

Conventional HEIN, LEHMANN screening machines offer the ideal solution for all standard applications. The bolted/welded construction with unbalanced shaft or unbalanced motor drive keeps the maintenance expenses low and provides a long service life. The well-proven construction is also approved in detail: Cross bars extensively machined to bore-hole gauge result in a low-tension structure. All types of screening panels from our own manufacture provide an optimal combination between machine and screen medium. Extensive utilization of standard parts and an intentional avoidance of more complex designs enable low-cost maintenance. Both, single-deck as well as double-deck screening machines are available as circular or linear oscillating screening machines. LIWELL® Flip-Flow screening machines

LIWELL® screening machines have been in operation for decades and are the guarantor for optimal technology in classing feed materials which are difficult to screen. The special construction generates accelerations on the screen panel unequalled up to now - where the machine structure is subject to small stress only. As a result, an optimal reliability arises, where problems through clogging and sticking grains can almost be excluded.

Sugar centrifugals

HEIN, LEHMANN centrifugals are continuous centrifugals. According to equipment, sugar can be discharged in solid form or as dissolved sugar. A centrifugal designed with a double stage basket allows pre and after working in one machine. The centrifugals are suitable for raw sugar II massecuite, low grade and affination massecuite. The feed capacity ranges between 4 – 30 t/h, depending on centrifugal size and massecuite type. Additional equipments for mingling and syrup separation are available on request.

Wedge wire screens can be manufactured in two different variants. We distinguish here between wedge wire screens in welded and looped finish.
