Epson's Factory Automation Division's activities comprise the production, sale and servicing of a variety of components and machines: from assembly and handling robots, so-called SCARA robots, servo axis modules and image processing through to machines for the manufacture of semiconductors.
In order to create turnkey automation solutions, we work in close collaboration with a European network of distributors and system partners, the so-called Factory Automation Network (FAN).

They perform great thanks to a maintanence free AC-motor. High precision bearings in a stable alloy housing take care for stability and precision.
EPSON makes it easy! |  | Epson robot control software From now on there is a new Epson robot control software available. The new Epson RC version is not only a new relaes of Epson powerful robot control software, but comes along with a bulk of new and helpful features.
One of the mostimportant improvements is, that the new software supports a french GUI. Beside German and english the new software now supports all major languages in Europe.
Also the connectivity has been improved by an important part. Beside the numerous existing interfaces, Standard I/O, Ethernet I/O, RS232, Centronics and USB, now Fieldbusses are supported %u2013 concrete Profibus and Devicenet.

|  | Vertical articulated robot With the new EPSON ProSix a new product segment has been entered. It consists out of a high value cinematic arbitrated with the well known EPSON RC controller.
Regardless if cartesian, SCARA or 6-Axis robot - EPSON offers one controller for all purposes. This makes it primarily very easy to switch from one cinematic to the other, furtheron the llanguage, Userinterface and behaviour is all the same - EPSON makes it easy.
