Our roots were thrust in the soil of history until 1919, when the Officine Meccaniche Padovan (Padovan Mechanical Workshops) were established, specialising in machines for the wine industry. They developed on a world-wide level in 1984, when they were bought by the TMCI international Group, and then ramified with increasing success in the food sector. Padovan is the reference technological partner of both the wine industry and, more generally, of the food and beverage industry, with a constantly growing turnover. In this way, we always offer our customers the latest generation technology and the most competitive solutions.
 | CARTON FILLING Chemtech is the world’s leading supplier of systems for production of margarines, shortenings, bread improvers, bakery ingredients and cocoa/chocolate products. In addition to the well known Chemetator processing equipment, Chemtech designs and builds carton filling machines for "bag-in-box" systems.
The custom built Chempac Carton Filler machines have capacities up to 10 tonnes/hr and are usually designed to fill cartons from 5 to 25 kg. The machines are designed to meet individual customer’s needs with single or multiple fill stations, manual or automatic carton indexing, manual or automatic tare, no-box no-fill sensing etc. |  | Chemetator Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger The Chemetator is a scraped surface heat exchanger ideal for many applications in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. During operation, the product flows through a jacketed cylinder containing a rotating central shaft on which the scraper blades are mounted. These rotating blades continuously remove the product from the heat transfer tube.
The Chemetator is particularly suitable for the continuous processing of high viscosity and heat sensitive materials that cannot be handled efficiently using batch methods or conventional heat exchangers.
Increased Efficiency
The Chemetator features variable speed rotating scraper blades which clean the heat transfer surface several hundred times a minute. This ensures excellent product mixing and high heat transfer efficiency on a continuous basis. Product mixing can be improved still further with the use of an optional eccentric shaft.
Flexibility
The Chemetator will handle a wide range of heat sensitive and viscous materials at temperatures from –35ºC to 170ºC and operating pressures up to 120 bar
|  | FORM-FILL-SEAL Newpack thermoforming machines are designed and manufactured according to the most advanced technologies, which allow them to strike a perfect balance between safety, respect for environmental regulations, hygiene and economical use.The Form-Fill-Seal Standard Machine starts with a reel of plastic material and forms in into containers, according to the chosen shapes. Then the machine automatically fills the container and seals the lid by thermo sealing.Its sturdy and reliable construction and low maintenance requirements allow to increase productivity and reduce labour employments, also thanks to operator-friendly diagnosis. The Form-Fill-Seal Standard Machine is available in its intermittent model and in its special continuous version. The patented continuous system ensures high output with minimal space between the product and lid inside the containers, thus reducing product oxidation and increasing the product’s shelf life. Without the problems of overflowing linked to most intermittent machines, accurate fill amounts, reliable seals and positive trimming can be easily accomplished.Aiming at optimizing the replacement of expendable supplies, Newpack has designed two systems to change films without wasting time and not requiring the machine to be stopped. |  | Universal automatic filling machine Mod. RAU 200 - RAU 300 This machine is able to fill jars and cans from 70 gr. to 5000 gr. with all kinds of fruit and vegetable without damage to the product.
