Founded in 1930, Mitsuba has been supplying extruders to all major rubber and plastic product manufacturers in Japan. Our innovative, patented welding machines are also highly acclaimed. Mitsuba process equipment are now operating at every corner of the globe, spanning industries from automobiles, electronics, cable & wire, to construction, polymer processing, medical technology and more. Being the only extruder manufacturer in Japan that produces both rubber and plastic extruders, Mitsuba enjoys a scale advantage which is reflected in our technical and R&D prowess. We enjoy a dominant market share globally in extrusion lines that make ultra-fine coax cables that go into the hinges of notebook computers, mobile phones, and other compact IT gadgets. Test extruders, conductor preheaters, sizing troughs, and gear pumps are available at our factory in scenic Ueda City, surrounded by the beautiful mountains of Nagano, just an hour away from Tokyo. Nagano, of course, is world renowned for its "soba" noodles (Japanese grub like pasta, but "not extruded"). You can enjoy the changing seasons riding the bullet train any time of the year when you visit our factory. Our vast data and knowhow covering virtually any kind of polymer and curing (vulcanizing, crosslinking) process imaginable can become an enormous asset for your development team (fluoropolymers, silicone, silane crosslinked PE (monosil one-step), any kind of rubber, you name it! ). Since 1930, Mitsuba has been privately owned and managed by the same founding family with the kind of dedication, passion, and continuity you won't find at large publicly owned organizations. Our one hundred and sixty employees are knowledgeable, versatile, and totally committed to developing the best extrusion and welding technologies, gearpumps, and other polymer processes for our customers.
 | Fluoride Resin Tube Line Tubes with stable diameters can be produced by means of outer gauge sizing. The thickness gauge can also be controlled. | | Four-Layer Resin Profile Extruder By analyzing the capillary rheometer data of each resin, extrusion heads with superior resin flow characteristics can be designed.
Screw design can also be optimized, even for the most difficult to handle material, by testing the material in advance. | | Gear Pump for Rubber When combined with a feeder extruder, the MITSUBA Gear Pump can achieve low temperature extrusions and high precision extruding operations.
As a key component in our next-generation extrusion systems, our gear pumps are anticipated in a wide range of applications. | | Multi-layer Extruder Our experience in automobile body seals (metal inserts, etc.) is quite extensive.
The pin extruder has good effects on high viscosity solid rubbers, leading to improved product quality.
| | PE Pipeline High performance outputs are achieved by MITSUBA original screw and cylinder designs.
Our technology is also applied to Cross Linking PE | | Three-layer Medical Tube Line High-precision extrusions can be performed by adopting a gear pump.
The thickness of each of the three layers can be continuously changed with MITSUBA's original control technology.
