Air purification

Permanent technical developments are our basis for designing air purification units in an increasingly economic, energy-saving and safe way. In order to achieve this aim, we are working together with universities, suppliers and associations and are present in several norm committees.

Coating

The coating technology provided by KBA-MetalPrint leaves no desire open. Beginning with the legendary Mailänder 460 series the range of coating solution will be completed with the big format coater Sprint 470. Whereas both types of coaters are equipped with a three-roller coating system the Sprint Revolver Coater 490 is based on an anilox system. This high-end coater is upgradeable with an automatic revolver system to exchange the coating cylinder based on a fully automatic changing device.

Drying

Whether conventional or UV curing is required, KBA-MetalPrint is capable to supply the ideal machinery. Thanks to the long history of experience with conventional curing, the LTG wicket oven represents the world’s leading technology in this field. Their productivity and sheet treatment is unrivalled. The ovens can be equipped with various options of incinerator technologies. Depending on the capacity requirements, a classic integrated incinerator, an ECO incinerator or a TRA reactor will provide the most economical energy consumption.

TNV - Thermal Recuperative Air Purification

A special version of the thermal exhaust air purification systems uses combustion chambers without integrated heat exchangers. These systems are used when there is either a very high requirement for waste heat or when the units have short operation times.
