3R software solutions offer an extended range of software systems to assist, plan and advance tube construction and production. E.g. KOLLI, is a machine-independent software for the simulation of bending processes. It examines whether individual pipes can be fabricated on a bending machine including the necessary data.
RonPro RonPro is a database-oriented tool offering convenient process tracing. Basis for analyses and calculations it uses schematics and diagrams. The current production status is determined using diagrams. A production analysis can at any time be synchronized with coordination, creation of isometries and the pipe shop, all the way to quality inspection. RonPro makes it possible to conduct a trans-schematic material analysis using different filter criteria.
Kolli7 KOLLI7 released as a new version of our bending simulation KOLLI. We improved the user interface for editing own machines, designing toolsets even as managing the material. These applications are available in the KOLLI7 standard edition and to be handled very easily due to the graphical interfaces. Beside these new features KOLLI7 contains all advantages we can take of many years of knowledge and cooperation with our customers.

 | Kolli Simulation Software For Pipe And Tube Bending
KOLLI is a machine independent software for the simulation of bending processes. It examines whether individual pipes can be fabricated on a bending machine and supports the operators by calculating the necessary data. When linked to a CAD system, entire pipe systems can be checked. Only the machine type that will be used for the bending has to be defined.
In the event of occurrence of collisions, KOLLI will suggest possible solutions. One approach is to extend the straight part between two bows, which will be cut out after the bending. This will cause one weld which is still less effort than two welds that would be caused by the usage of an elbow. The application is also able to check whether a certain part can be produced by only reverting the steps and thereby starting the bending process from the other end. The entire bending process can be visualized in the simulation. Details can be reviewed by pausing the animation and zoom into problematic areas. In certain situations where large batches of pipes shall be bend, the application can be used to only perform the simulation and calculation. The calculation focuses on the correction of the length of the pipes and the computation of the right bending parameters: the extended bending angle for the correction of the spring-back and the shortened straight parts between the bows as correction of the stretching. In case of bending with two flanges the application will also calculate the relative flange positions.
We cooperate very close with our customers and the various manufacturers of bending/forming benches and in this way the KOLLI import and export interfaces have been created for the well-known design systems and the most used pipe and tube bending machines. The different SPS-systems can be directly feeded with bending and forming data.

PDAs or Tablet-PCs are the platforms for the different scenarios of sketching designs or perform measurements on-site and everywhere else. The usage of the pen in combination with a touchscreen is the ideal technique for usage at the typical installation points for your pipes and components.
The automatic transfer of geometrical sketches or designs and measurements to the according CAD and CAM applications for further processing becomes possible by using the electronic data entry. The effort for the transcription of manual drawings and handwritten lists of coordinates and dimensions can be avoided.
The mobile solutions import isometric drawings from the Roni CAD system. This enables the assembling staff to compare the dimensions from the design with the localities and enter corrections or refinements directly into the right files for re-synchronization with your project data |  | Roni3D Have a free flight through your isometrics
Roni3D depends on the Roni-database and allows you to view your isometrics in a custom perspective. The import of DXF and IGES is supported.
Thus you are able to get a realistic and true to scale 3D-display of your later environment (hull, factory etc) long before it is finished. The perspective, the angle and the distance to your isometry is free adjustable. |  | RoniCAD RoniCAD provides an established high performance CAD system.
RoniCAD was developed for the special requirements of constructing pipelines as used in plants, ships and vehicles.
RoniCAD is used as an isometric design system and with its 3D-module it can even be used as a software for coordination.
Isometric drawings and 3D-volume models can be displayed at the same time.
RoniCAD detects during the phase of construction, if a pipe design can be efficiently manufactured. Various data for the manufacturing of the construction is calculated automatically.
RoniCAD can be started as a network-client or as a stand-alone version and is compatible to all familiar database systems.
