STARK SpA presents ACTIVEFACE, the new high performing coating that thanks to its mechanical characteristics it can be considered the best one for some applications.

High friction coefficient and hardness make it suitable for cutting materials with high ultimate tensile strength and also for abrasive materials with very positive results. The Activeface coating will enable a much higher number of cuts to be obtained against other high performance coatings, whilst keeping maximum speed and feed parameters unchanged. The cutting time and cycle of the machine are therefore set at minimum values.

Our Customer Care survey, conducted on the basis of understanding Customer satisfaction in the use of Activeface, outlined clearly that production output had increased on average 35% against other high performance coatings available on the market (the percentage refers directly to the increased number of pieces cut with a new blade and prior to re-sharpening).
