New Control Unit and Teach Pendant The new Control Unit from Comau Robotics is the expression of the technological evolution of a controller which, since its first introduction, has always been one step ahead of the market standards and represents the most recent state-of-the art of technology. C4G is provided with the new user-friendly Teach Pendant TP4i, the lightest programming terminal on the market, ergonomically developed in co-operation with an important Italian Research Centre. New WITP: the first wireless Teach Pendant Wireless technology at your hand Comau Robotics has pleasure in presenting the new WiTP, the first important application of Wireless technology in the industrial robotics sector, maintaining and implementing the typical operations of traditional networks (wiring fitted) but with no need for physical connection between the robot Control Unit and the Teach Pendant. Revolution of programming The innovative technology developed by Comau Robotics in cooperation with the most prestigious Engineering Universities in the world, enhances the operator's mobility inside the cell with no need to worry about wire routing, The Teach Pendant can be connected to the Control Unit as required for cell programming or monitoring activities a safe "Hot Plug-in" procedure.

SMART NH PRESSBOOSTER

The Smart PressBooster models, with their exceptional range of action and high acceleration performance, are designed for loading and unloading operations and are able to handle both small items and components of large dimensions. These robots are ideal for all flexible automation solutions to handle parts between presses replacing hard-automation solutions. Smart PressBooster are available in model for floor or shelf installation, with maximum arm reach 3526 mm a wrist torque up to 12,50 nm and a payload up to 100 kg. SMART NJ 130

The 2 smallest models of the new Smart NJ family are dedicated to medium up to high payload applications, thus maintaining unchanged the characteristics of the NJ family (the parallelogram structure, much more thinner than the NH family one). These models are suitable for a wide range of applications: spot welding, handling, sealing, machining, foundry and harsh environment applications, press and many others. Smart NX2

The Smart NX models are the strongest robot family in the world with payload capacity up to 800 kg and reach of more than 3,8 m. These robots my replace hard automation devices providing a higher flexibility and reliability in heavy-duty tasks. The Smart NX2 is a four axes palletizing robot: it can handle up to 800kg and represents the heart of high flexible robotized modules. SMART SiX

SMART SiX SMART SiX robots, the smallest within the Comau range, boast an exceptionally compact design particularly suitable to all those operations that require fast movement and a high degree of repeatability. The SMART SiX range also features a model exclusively dedicated to arc welding: the SMART SiX ARC designed to optimize movement specifically for arc welding. This model also features an integrated fitting solution which involves the passage of the cables through the robot base.
