Machines production includes: C-frame single/double/triple action presses up to 2.500 kN, 4 column presses up to 15.000 kN. Universal trimming-beading machines with one, 2 or 3 spindles for applications in line, as well as automation, dies and collateral units. Presses for special applications: cold extrusion, precision insertion of parts with in-process control of force/position. All the models are available in the patented “Energy Recovery” version to achieve high working speeds with reduced energy requirements.

The 4 column EV series of presses, representing the latest generation of sheet metal deep drawing technology, reach the highest levels of productivity and quality for the production of pieces in different shapes, sizes and weight. With their stiff frame and open design, they are particularly flexible and suitable for use in automatic lines and assure high-level performance with absolute reliability and low working costs.
All the models are available as a “Universal” version, with the possibility to draw from the bottom as well, in order to recover large amounts of energy and reach very high speeds with reduced energy requirements.
The wide range of presses and trimming-beading machines (more than 50 models and 90 versions) enables Galdabini to offer the best solution.
Additionally the company is able to propose automatic “turn-key” production lines with dies, transfers, robotics and working units for trimming, beading and punching operations
|  | Straightening Systems Precision straightening systems produced mainly for the automobile industry for gear shafts, motors, cam shafts, steering racks, axle shafts, synchronised rings, and gear selector forks.
Thanks to their flexibility they can also be used in the textile industry for textile spindles and drawing cylinders and in other typical mechanical applications: electric motors, drill bits, extractor rods for moulds, gun barrels, forged bars, profiles and non circular sections.
Straightening systems for shafts, profiles, bars, shapes (rings, forks etc.) are all available with completely automatic set-up (re-positioning of tools, changing anvils and punches) and forces available from 10 kN to 20000 kN.
Automation is integrated with crack detection, rejection of parts, centre cleaning unit, work piece marking and sample magazines.
Systems based on twin and step technology reach high productivity levels for the straightening of bars and profiles: linear guides, guides for lifts, square racks, forged round and square bars, drill bits and textile machine combs.

A new dimension in flexible technology for straightening. Thanks to its accessibility, flexibility and modular nature, highly productive systems are possible.
Electromechanical units are available in various sizes with mobile tables and innovative automatic systems for set-up without operator intervention. They are characterised by their reliability and precision applied to the finished component as well as for advanced ergonomic features: reduced floor space, low noise and low energy consumption.
Continuous working without an operator also with small batches is possible. The specially developed Galdabini software along with the hardware architecture of industrial PC’s integrates perfectly with the machine and allows efficient management of even complex systems

and Universities, the machines and their associated accessories are designed for quick and easy testing on metals, multi wire and strand, composites, alloys, platics, elastomers, textiles and finished components which may be subject to tensile, compression, flexion, delamination, cyclic fatigue and constant loading.
The universal range consists of: single column table top machine of 2.5kN, two column, table top machines of 5,10,25,50 and 100kN, floor mounted machines from 200 to 2000kN, optical and contacting extensometry, Charpy impact pendulum test instruments, deadweight calibration machines up to 5MN, accessories for specimen preparation, vertical/horizontal test systems for special applications, presses for stamping and finishing test pieces.
Automated testing without an operator are carried out by automatic systems such as the COMPACT or MULTI lines which can be integrated with up to 8 other different work/measuring stations.
The Company is also able to provide an accredited calibration service (EA"European Co-operation for Accreditation"- SIT) for the calibration of load cells, material test machines, Charpy impact machines,extensometers, hardness instruments and torque wrenches.

All products are characterised by their clean and ergonomic lines making them comfortable and easy to use with easy access to grips and fixtures.
The way to carry out tests is extremely quick which enable a high test throughput.
The Windows based control software guarantees flexibility and openness for other systems and supports a wide range of calculations and methods for different test regimes. It also allows the collection of test data, calculation of results and the production of test certificates.
The extensometers, all with auto-recognition, cover a wide range of need with appropriate technology suited to the tests in hand.
The use of established test methods according to international Standards such as ASTM,ISO,DIN,UNI and other national standards guarantee simplicity of use and accurate results even for non-expert operators.
Tests can be easily and quickly changed. The increasing demand for increased productivity and un-manned testing has led to the development of automatic test systems fully integrated with other functions such as tensile testing and impact, hardness, sample dimension measurement, mass and roughness for example.
