 | 2D/3D CNC Transfer Systems Our state-of-the-art control concept allows for a highly dynamic, programmable drive by the use of servo driven motors. Linear induction motors for example give a high degree of rigidity and accuracy and make this device a pinnacle of modern technology. This results in a significant increase in the stroke rate and a higher part yield.
The spectrum of transfer systems includes single-slide transfer systems as well as 2D/3D double-slide transfers. The standard forms of transfer systems manufactured by H&T ProduktionsTechnologie can be integrated into new presses as well as retrofitted into existing equipment.

|  | Press refurbishment After many years of experience in the operation of transfer presses by US-Baird and Platarg, H&T ProduktionsTechnologie has specialised in maintenance and refurbishment of presses from these manufacturers.
We are capable of replacing all components of the machines (mechanics, controls, feed, transfer, tool monitoring etc.) with our own tested developments, thus changing the machines to state-of-the-art and providing further long-term use with a high utilisation ratio.

|  | Swivel Cut Tools Optimal blank geometry is the primary precondition for material-saving and metal part manufacturing. The swivel cut tools produced by H&T ProduktionsTechnologie offer the possibility of cutting blanks with a maximum angle of +/- 30° to the strip edge. The cutting lines can be either straight or undulated.
The use of a highly dynamic servo drive for the swivel motion allows for stroke rates of up to 60 strokes per minute. The high quality standard of the cut surface allows blanks of different thickness to be joined together. This enables material strength/weight to be optimised and tailored to suit customer requirements.
|  | Transfer Presses The mass production of small, close tolerance drawn components requires high-precision manufacturing machines and short production times.
The process-tailored motion characteristics of the ram drive allows more than 300 strokes per minute. The presses cover the nominal press forces 250 kN, 320 kN and 500 kN. In addition, higher capacity pressing forces can be achieved with specially developed crank presses.
The ram strokes and transfer pitches are variable along the entire range of press sizes. A specially developed feed mechanism with an x- and y-directional motion allows precise positioning of the unworked material, which results in the optimal utilisation of materials.
|  | Transfer Tools The need to create ever more complex metal parts for the automotive industry requires a large amount of fundamental knowledge and experience. The need for continous weight reduction results in new challenges concerning the forming of high-strength materials.
The tools manufactured by H&T ProduktionsTechnologie are available in lengths of up to 4500 mm (177") and offer the preconditions needed for the production of parts with complex geometry. Depending on the specifications of the finished metal part, a project includes the following steps:
