|  | Cutting-off machine IB1® The IB1® is an easy-to-handle hand operated cutting-off machine, designed for small batches and single cuts.
Wheel in-feed. Feed rate is manually controlled by the operator with a hand lever.
Safe clamping. Two automatic and independet clamping finges hold the work-piece safely in a vee-block.
Length setting. A micrometer setting enables a set-up in the shortest possible time and guarantees a repeatability better than 0,1 mm.
|  | Cutting-off machine IB3® The IB3® is a cutting-off machine with automatic wheel in-feed and bar feed. Therefore it is ideally suited for small batches.
Bar Loading Magazine
The large capacity magazine makes it possible for operator-free manufacture in your production. The position of the magazine at the front of hte machine save space and gives the best access and ergonomic position to load the magazine. The re-setting for different diameter bar is carried out in a short time using a crank handle.
Bar-feed and Cut-off length
An encapsulated linear scale and servo drive with high resolution resolver guarantees a high repeatability. Any cut-off length is freely programmable. The control automatically calculates the number of cuts ans counts the number of parts required.
Safe clamping. Two automatic and independent clamping fingers hold the work-piece in a vee-block.

|  | IB2® is a cutting-off machine The IB2® is a cutting-off machine with automatic Wheel in-feed. This means that the cutting process itself is executed fully automatically. Therefore it is an ideal machine for all tool grinders.
Wheel in-feed. The machine has a hydraulic-pneumatic wheel in-feed unit. A rotary switch enables the wheel in-feed to be a adjusted to its optimum.
Safe clamping. Two automatic and independent clamping fingers hold the work-piece in a vee-block.
Length setting. A micrometer enables the length to be a set-up in shortest possible time and guarantees a repeatability betten than 0,1 mm.

|  | spark erosion machines On our CNC spark erosion machines we erode blind holes, through-hole or coolant holes, as well as threads directly into the carbide.
Our long experience enables us to erode complex geometries. We erode holes up to a depth of 300 mm in carbide.
