The management board of DATRON under Dr. Arne Brüsch is well prepared for future tasks. The change of generation from Mr. Schulte, Mr. Pichl and Mr. Becker - the engineers who founded DATRON - to Dr. Brüsch - a businessman - in the past years took place both professionally and without a hitch. Our sales figures have been increasing continuously and have more than doubled in the past ten years. DATRON was founded almost 40 years ago in Darmstadt. The company started out in 1969 with a staff of only three. Today, it has almost 100 employees.
It is important to Dr. Arne Brüsch, who was only 14 years old when he started doing holiday jobs in his stepfather's company, that he personally knows each of the almost 100 employees working for DATRON. "Our employees are our most valuable asset. That is why each and every employee is important to me," he says. This is the reason for an extremely low employee turnover and the strong customer focus of the company which was awarded a prize for its family-friendly policy as early as ten years ago.
The implementation of customer-focused services is one of the most important criteria for several of DATRON's – often long-time - customers. "Purchasing a machine is simply a matter of trust," says Dr. Arne Brüsch, "and our staff directly communicate our corporate philosophy to our customers because they actively practise it. "DATRON customers know that they will receive the best possible support also after they have purchased a machine and particularly appreciate our genuine friendliness and highly specialized expertise.
DATRON, located in idyllic Mühltal in southern Germany and well connected to the area around the rivers Rhine and Main, has been experiencing continuous growth for several years, and the high qualification of its staff is a further driving force for this growth. "My staff have great expertise that goes far beyond what is normally expected," says Dr. Brüsch. At DATRON, you will find inventive talent, coupled with the latest high-tech knowledge. We offer several advanced training courses to ensure that everyone is up-to-date in his or her area. As a result, our products are innovative, and this is reflected in an impressive number of patents. The solution-focused approach demanded by our customers does not set limits but spurs us on.

DATRON-Electronic was founded on January 1, 1969 by the engineers Pichl and Schulte.
DATRON became experts on the development of electronics components and device-related software within a short time. Companies such as Leitz (Wetzlar), Bizerba (Balingen), Alstom (AEG) (Frankfurt), Siemens (Karlsruhe), Engel (Wiesbaden), DaimlerChrysler (Stuttgart), and several others have procured such development services from DATRON-Electronic GmbH, as well as complete devices.
Since 1988, DATRON has continuously developed itself from an electronics manufacturing company to a global high-tech solution provider.
