exeron - becomes a full range provider
With the take-over of the branch Digma from the company Chiron in Tuttlingen the 15th February 2005, exeron expands its competence and its offer for the tool- and mould construction, by adding to its till now produced CNC die-sinking-EDMs, a complete range of HSC machines.
Today EDM and HSC-machining are used, as complementary technological operations, in each company which requires inexpensive tool-and mould construction.
Clients for such machines ask more and more for package solutions, sometimes with combined automation and comprehensive software concepts.
Thereby more and more companies attach importance to concepts which they can obtain from one hand only. To be able to work together with only one provider who handles both procedures, die-sinking and HSC-milling and to obtain therefore operation-neutral consulting and assistance in the case of investment decisions.
With the change over of the branch Digma to exeron, the continuation of the complete range of machines, the wide know-how as well as the responsability for customer's support with service, spare-parts and consulting in the application technology, is connected.

Emerged by the merger of Herbert Walter GmbH in Fluorn and the Deckel-Multiform eroding technique in Wolfratshausen, exeron possesses today the know-how of a 30 years, in all fields of spark erosion, acquired competence in the spark erosion machine construction. exeron therefore stands for absolute high-tech EDM-solutions made in Germany.
