Established 1952 as machinery company with several own product lines we specialized in wire manufacturing machines in the early seventies. Today the company Rudolf Grauer AG has a leading position in technology and production of machines for wire coat hangers, clips making machines, machines and systems for mass production of staples, glued wire pins, brads, hog-rings as well highly precise fine wire flattening systems for flat and profile flattening.

Today 35 employees are working in construction, production and sales office. More than 90% of all our products will be exported all over the world with a highly qualified support of agencies in more than 80 countries.

 | Clip making machine BK-1500 From the coil to the finished packed product, the BK-1500 works fully automatic. The clip machine BK-1500 is designed for the manufacture of all common clips and includes automatic packaging. Zinc coated, painted or plastic coated wire can be processed. Depending on wire-diameter and shape of clip up to 3 wires can be fed simultaneously at production rates of up to 1500 clips per minute . |  | Coat hanger machine SMB-1 The coat hanger machine SMB-1 is designed for the manufacture of wire coat hangers. From the wire coil or crown stock the machine produces fully automatic finished formed wire coat hangers.
Cam controlled bending tools guarantee a trouble-free production at output rates of up to 3500 hangers per hour.
|  | concrete fibres machine BF-100 The concrete fibres machine BF-100 is designed for the manufacture of concrete fibres in high volumes.
At a range of wire diameter of 0,5-1,20mm up to 100 wires can be fed simultaneously and manufactured to fibres.
Depending on wire diameter and quality this high volume machine can produce up to 600kgs of concrete fibres per hour.
