Graham Engineering Corporation (GEC) is the world’s leading and most technologically advanced manufacturer of extrusion blow molding equipment. GEC is uniquely positioned to address production challenges, from initial concept development to complete turnkey blow molding systems.
GEC is proud to introduce our new Mini wheel to the GEC family of high-speed rotary wheel equipment. The Mini wheel is targeted toward the small-to-medium volume production of co-extruded plastic containers and offers a single programmed parison, captured at both top and bottom, for excellent bottle weight consistency and material distribution.
GEC’s total focus on the extrusion blow molding machinery market consists of the following products:
Legendary Graham rotary wheel machines for high quality, high volume production of single to seven layer bottle applications with aseptic processing capability.
GEC reciprocating screw and “shot pot” machinery for light weight, single-layer bottles and jugs
Accumulator head machines for industrial products, with shot capacities from 5 to 50 lbs. (3 to 30 liters), for all shapes and sizes, with color and material changeovers in less than an hour.
Mechanical and PC control upgrades, spare parts, and retrofits for existing GEC equipment, which lead to significant processing and production improvements.
24/7 support from a team of highly experienced field engineers.

 | Industrial Shot Pot Technology The Graham Shot Pot Industrial Blow Molding Machine can be constructed and provided with one- or two-layer parison configurations. These systems can be supplied with three or five parison heads based upon customer needs on specific applications.
These machines are designed to make parts with large annual volumes.
The secondary Shot Pot stores the entire shot capacity required for each head and cycle. The material stored in the shot pot is allowed to “relax” between shots – reducing the residual “stress” in the plastic, and allowing for a smooth and high quality parison to be extruded
Some applications for this technology are:
Consumer goods run in multiple colors (fast changeover and colorant cost savings on multi-layer head
Automotive and consumer applications where both structural and decorative layers are required (soft touch material over PP Base; vinyl co-extrusion... etc)
High-volume, multiple-cavity consumer/industrial products where reduced labor costs and increased efficiencies are required to combat price reduction from foreign or domestic competition.

| | Intermittent Extrusion C30 Bottled water continues to be the fastest growing segment of the beverage industry. Graham Machinery is the industry leader in extrusion blow molding machinery for producing polycarbonate water bottles, with or without handles. With nearly three decades of technological innovation, WTR has evolved from a supplier of stand-alone machines to a source for turn-key systems.
Using reciprocating screw extruder designs, these machines produce exceptionally high quality bottles at high throughput rates. This machinery is supported by a full range of ancillary equipment, from takeoff to scrap reprocessing.
Everything needed for a successful bottle production line is available globally, and on a 24-hour basis - from design assistance, to installation and testing, to total after-sale support, including spare parts, field service, and processing assistance.

| | PC Based Controls At GEC, we take pride in our investment in technology. Our proprietary PC-based blow molding machine control system, the XBM Navigator™ is just one example of our leading edge research and development. This in-house developed technology is based on the Windows platform. The result is a machine controller that is extremely user friendly and is very well suited to remote diagnostics via modem connection. This feature allows our service staff in York, PA, to dial into your machine and trouble-shoot many process or machine related problems, foregoing many of the costs or delays associated with travel to your facility. The controller is a standard industrial PC, eliminating the need for manufacturer specific components or system expertise, and features designed-in trouble shooting aides, SPC trending, alarm and set value change recording, and more | | Rotary Technology Wheel Technology - Transforming One Industry After Another
The highly innovative Graham Wheel quite literally reshaped entire packaging markets by redefining the standards for high volume, high quality production. Today, this technology is in production on nearly every continent around the globe. With over 250 wheel installations worldwide, the Graham Wheel represents the unchallenged standard for high capacity with superior quality standards | | Shuttle Technology - Performance, Efficiency, and Productivity GEC Linear Shuttle machines and the GEC Rotary Shuttle are known for their efficient operation, compact design, and short cycle time. They are ideal for high-changeover job environments, allowing extremely rapid tool changes with quick setup, while supporting high output rates.
Designed with a compact footprint and efficient layout and delivery orientation, GEC Shuttle Machines reduce capital expenditures for downline support equipment and ensure long service life - all based on precision engineering and a dedication to productivity and efficiency.
